Return of a non-compliant product
If part or all of your order does not comply with the product(s) ordered, you must notify us of your intention to make a return within a legal period. 7 working days from receipt of your order. Then, as soon as you obtain the return form, you will have 5 days to return your package to us.
If the return is made beyond this period, our Returns Department will be able to refuse the package, and thus send it back to you.
Returning a product:

delivery costs and return method:
Following the return procedure indicated in the paragraph above "returning a product", we will send you a return transport voucher which will allow you to return the item(s) concerned. However, the return delivery costs and the choice of carrier remain your responsibility and will be refunded to your credit card only in the event of a non-compliance error on our part.
Prepare your return package:
Choose a standard package for the transport of wine , or reuse the box with which the products arrived.
Place the products inside the package in their original packaging and send the package to our Returns Department.

Tspotwine.fr has put in place simplified procedures to ensure you purchases with complete peace of mind and allow you to return your product in the best conditions, in particular:

We support you throughout your return process to ensure simple and reliable follow-up.
Returned products are checked by our logistics department upon receipt in the warehouse. If they meet the criteria for exchange or refund, we will carry out the operation of your choice.
If you paid for your order by credit card: your bank account will be credited within 3 to 8 days from the date of reimbursement if you live in France.
Refunds are made via the secure payment platform developed by our banking partner or Paypal platform
Methods of reimbursement
The return request is an essential prerequisite for the acceptance and reimbursement of products . At the time of this request, we explain the procedure to follow to return your products.
As soon as the returned package is registered in our warehouses, an email is automatically sent to you:
A first email is sent to you in order to determine whether you want to replace your product or have it reimbursed.
In case of reimbursement: An email first of the acceptance of the return and also informs you of the request forreimbursement.
A refund request is then automatically initiated.
In case of exchange:

If you have paid for your order by credit card, a period of 3 to 8 days is then necessary for the refund to be effective. If you have a deferred debit card or a credit card, this reimbursement takes place at the end of the current month.
