general conditions of sale
By validating your payment, you certify that you accept our general conditions of sale and that you are of legal age to buy wine.
PRICE
Our wines are sold individually, by 6 or by 12 bottles.
The prices are indicated in €uros, including VAT, excluding shipping costs. Except sale and without engagement.
A detailed invoice will be sent to you by email
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The wines ordered are payable in full to THUNEVIN SAS as soon as your order form is issued on the site, according to one of the following payment methods:
– by credit card (secure online payment)
Please note: only bank cards with the acronym CB, VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD are accepted.
– via the PAYPAL account
DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES
Delivery is made by carrier or by post to the address indicated by the customer at the time of his order (or, in the absence of the customer, by a notice of availability ).
Delivery times vary depending on the type of transport and the place of delivery. From the verification of customer data and receipt of payment, an average delivery time of 10 days should be expected.
In any case, the delivery must take place within 30 days of the transmission of the order. If for any reason delivery could not be assured, the consumer would be informed as soon as possible and could then either cancel his order or request an exchange or refund.
TRANSPORT AND RESPONSIBILITY
The wines travel at your expense, risk and peril. It is therefore up to you to check the contents of the package at the time of delivery and to make reservations, if necessary, on the delivery note provided by the carrier.
In all cases, you should notify us within 3 days of receipt of the package at the following address:

In the event of breakage or damage during delivery, we undertake to deliver to you again or to refund you the sum paid with the order on presentation of the reservations issued to the carrier upon receipt of the packages

OF OWNERSHIP
Until effective and full payment of the price, Thunevin SAS remains the owner of the wines sold.
Full payment will be worth transfer of ownership.
The buyer will become responsible for the wines upon delivery.
PROTECTION OF MINORS
In accordance with article L.3342-1 of the Public Health Code, which stipulates that the sale of alcohol is prohibited to any minor under the age of 18, you undertake, by completing the order form, to be 18 years of age on the date of said order.
